Name: Griddlebone
Gender: Female
Age: Adult
Tribe: Hench
Family: Unknown/ irrelevant to her
Appearance:
Human Appearance: Olivia Wilde -->
#2 |#3 | #4 | Fall for her charm | She sees you looking | And she's unimpressedI just really like Olivia Wilde's face okay
Personality: Gridd is a rather narcissistic cat, thinking extremely high of herself and her looks with little regard to any others unless she needs something from them. The white queen absolutely loves adoration and praise from others, it stroke her already large ego and reinforces all of her ideas about herself and Griddlebone loves the way other cats have in the past fallen to her charms and to her looks. It's a wonderful power trip, that she'll utilitizr for everything that it's worth. Attention and praise are all but craved by Griddlebone, who gets rather put out when she doesn't recieve the praise and adoration that she believes is due to her.
Most of her actions are in their very essence self serving and intently planned out. Behind her beautiful face is the cunning and strategizing of a snake. At her core she is self serving, but also knows the power that sweet words and actions can have in softening a cat towards her and her intentions. Griddlebone is a queen to whisper sweet promises into your ear while taking everything you have while your eyes are on her. She is also well versed in seduction and is skilled in using her body to get what she wants. And she does so mercilessly.
For all of her schemes, Griddlebone is apathetic to the way they impact other cats. She only cares so long as she is getting a benefit (ideally she'll be theost benefited one in a situation is she can control it) and as soon as things turn sour or potentially dangerous for her; Gridd is gone. She'll take what is her and leave without a trace or a word and reestablish herself somewhere else. Her apathy helps between these transitions as she simply cruel on the streets until she has settled in nicely with some well off to do cat or human. It doesn't matter to her so long as she is being taken care of and preferably adored.
All of her apathy and deceit of other cats is aided by the fact that Griddlebone is aromantic. She doesn't form romantic relationships with anyone, all of her connections are platonic and ultimately to Gridd removable.
Faults: Griddlebone is ridiculously manipulative, she is incredibly apathetic and cares nothing for how her actions affect anyone but herself. Most of what she says is lies or prettily packaged compliments designed to make other more receptive to her. In being so manipulative and apathetic very few (if any) of her relationships are genuine. As soon as one is no longer beneficial to her, she's gone. Her deceptions and little schemes however are delicate affairs, namely when she's pretending to be in love to get what she wants, and for all her internal planning if a cat reacts in a way that she does not account for Griddlebone gets into a tizzy. If she does not account for something in her deceptions Griddlebone flips, she is not always the best at reacting and adjusting plans on the fly.
Describing Word: Heartless
History: Griddlebone was originally born in France to a rather young beautiful queen, who really wasn't much inclined to mothering or to caring for others. Although Griddlebone and her beauty swayed her mother to the kit when she was born and her mother decided to keep rather than abandon the kit like she had done before (and would do again in the future). So Griddlebone's mother immediately set to teaching her daughter how to use her appearance to sway others and bend them to her and her mother's purposes. At first it was using her cute young and helpless appearance and gradually aged and moved on from there.
It was from her mother that Gridd learned to focus only on how a situation could benefit her and to disregard any other cats. However as Gridd started to come into her own and began to outshine and steal attention from her mother things between the two queens became tense and heated. Especially once her mother found Griddlebone entaining a queen when they were supposed to be manipulating the queen's brother. It wasn't long after that that the two queens went their seperate ways in life and Griddlebone starting turning her focus from what she deemed as common toms to trick to better off and more adventurous toms who she could lure into adoring her and showering her in attention and gifts. If the situation ever got hairy or stopped benefiting her Griddlebone would simply disappear and start again. It didn't affect her at all to trick toms into thinking she cared about them and have them love her. As far as the white queen was concerned it was their fault for being daft enough to believe her act, or foolish enough to think that they could trap her into staying with them as one particular ton who had run his organized crime tribe had done. And it was upon her leaving him that for once her plans were skewed, the Tom retaliated violently by sending his underlings after her to bring her back to him. He'd beckme obsessive over possessing and keeping her despite catching on to her games. It was then that she started to look for ways to leave France.
She was brought to London after an affair with Growltiger, his life of adventuring had caught her interest and Griddlebone had taken the opportunity for excitement in her life which had been lacking after a particularly boring but well to do tom had fallen victim to her charms. She took all his gifts and left him. Eventually the glamour of Growltiger faded for the white queen and she set her eyes on Macavity. The notorious Hidden Paw in London and she set out to find him. Griddlebone did find the tribe and was delighted when she was accepted into the tribe by the Hidden Paw himself and has tried on numerous occasions to seduce and ensnare him. While she's only managed to get into his bed and failed to really capture his attention the way she had hoped Griddlebone remains in the Hench tribe having taken quite a liking to London and finds she can still play her games with other cats.
Throughout the years Griddlebone has had a small number of kits, all whom she has left either on their own or with other queens to take care of.
RP Sample:. The white queen strutted through the dimly lit halls of the warehouse, absently grooming some of her fur to fall just right. She'd just returned from a night on the town, intoxication fading and a self satisfied twist to her lips. All the poor foolish little toms who'd bought her drinks hoping to flatter and sway her towards their favour for the night. Such blind creatures. They saw her little guesturs, a simple like stroke of a paw down their arm, and put so much stock into the empty action. None of them could grasp that is was just a game to her. Hoping that the disappointed look in their eyes would change her mind. Fools.
Though if she kept it up long enough, kept up the compliments and the little touches; just teasing and giving hope maybe that bengal would actually put his skills where his mouth was and have his owners pretty pearl necklace disappear.....
Comments: Even though she often uses her ahem charms on males, Griddlebone actually is not attracted to them.
