Personality: Tony is a cold hearted character. He's ruthless, concentrated, and lawless. He follows no one's rules, no one's laws, just his boss'. He's a hitman, so he's good at fighting and killing, and will do it in the most clean and effecient manner. He's powerful, and has been known to whip out entire block of cats in the dead of nights, and walk out with a minimum amount of scars. He is beatable, he's just very difficult to kill.
Describing word: Hitman
History: Tony wasn't always a Hitman. He used to have a family, a daughter, and used to be smiling and happy. However, in winter, his den was attacked and his wife and daughter killed. He lost everything in that one night, and in an attempt to get himself killed, threw himself in front of a boss, named Harris Ramsey. While he was not killed, Harris helped Tony and gave him a new purpose. He trained him to be unstoppable, faster and stronger than any other cat, going out of his way to find a mystic to change his body, giving him the ability fire "energy" out of his fingers. He now sends him out, killing anyone to stands in Harris' way.
RP Sample: (This is going to be long, so forgive me. XD)
Tony stalked the group of cats- they had been out for him for 3 months. He had been able to avoid them, and get them right where he wanted him. He saw their ears prick as they looked around the junkyard. The explosion they had caused in order to kill him would work in his favor, cover up the sounds.
He followed the one in the back and unwrapped the twine in his hand, wrapping it around the neck of the cat and tightened it before the cat could make a sound and get him noticed. Making sure the cat was dead, he went for the other, he ran up to the second one, grabbing him with one hand so not to make a sound, and slammed his fist into the temple of the cat. The creature was dead in seconds. With the final cat, he ran up to her, wrapped one hand around her neck and the other around her mouth, jerking and snapping the neck. Ducking down to the ground, he moved in the middle of the group raising his arms, firing at two of the five cats.
One of the surviving cats came from his side, wrapping his leg around Tony's arm and slammed his fist around the grey cat's cheek, knocking him onto his knees. He let out a breath and turned to shoot at her, grunting when the other cat slammed her foot into his hand. He let out a grunt when he was kneed in the eye, rolling onto his back to look up at mystic, who's palmed was readied to fire at him. He moved quickly, grabbing her arm and jerking her down, taking out her legs as he did so. As she was getting up, Tony slammed his fist into her face.
The queen let out a yell of pain as she went down, breathing heavily. As Tony was standing up, a tom wrapped his arms around the bigger Tom's neck and yanked him back. The second tom ran up to him an slammed his knee into the side of Tony. Using the momentum, Tony slammed his head back into the Tom holding his neck, crushing his nose and causing him to let go with a howl of pain. Tony moved and tried to fire on the Tom who wasn't on the ground but wasn't moving fast enough to escape the fist to the throat. Dropping his hand, he grunted again as an elbow and a knee came to his neck and stomach. When the cat came around for a second strike, Tony grabbed his fist and tugged him close.
Wrapping his hand around the back of the neck, Tony smashed his elbow into the windpipe, causing the man to drop. Tony turned in time to see the last Tom drag out two knives, his snout curled into a bloody snarl. He cringed when one of the blades dragged down his back and growled, grabbing the hand twisting the wrist painfully back, snapping it and dragging the knife into his hand and wrapping it around his neck, turning him around in time for the Mystic to fire at the tom instead. The mystic's eyes widen as he scrambled to get another blast ready. Tony dropped the cat and both of them raised their arms.
A loud bang sounded across the Junkyard as Tony watched the last cat fall to the ground. He looked around at his work and snorted, before walking over and bending down, lowering the eyelids of the cat and saying a small word.

Comments: Tony has the ability to shoot "bullets" out of his hands. Other than that, he's strong, powerful, but is extremely reserved. So long as you don't anger his boss, you are safe.
Also, Tony's main song is "Power" by Kanye West, Saint's Row the Third version. Music video for it is right here. Be forwarned, however, there's a lot of swearing.

Also, the mystic that gave Tony was a Cat version of the Devil...so....Tony sold his soul to the devil. Boom.
