Tribe: Jellicle.
Tribe Position: N/A
Family: Brother - Mungojerrie
Appearance:
Human Appearance:
Personality: Rumpelteazer is, most of the time, what you might call just an all-around happy cat. She has a cheery outlook on life, and enjoys doing just about anything with just about anyone. The only requirement is that it must be fun or exciting - preferably both. She thrives in the junkyard, where not only do exciting things seem to happen on a daily basis, but they have a whole party (a.k.a. The Jellicle Ball) every year dedicated to dancing the night away and giving someone a new life! Her love of fun makes her appear shallow to some, but she is pretty well in tune with others' emotions. She can tell when something is wrong, especially when it comes to her close friends, though she doesn't know the best way to help them. Her usual solution is to try and cheer them up, which works sometimes, but not with deeper problems. When it comes to her own emotions, she is rather at a loss; if anything happens to make her feel anything other than happiness, she does not know what to do with herself or those around her.
Faults: Teazer tends to hold grudges. This is largely because she does not know how to deal with negative feelings. Most of the time she is cheerful, and she never really learned what to do about the times when she's not cheerful. She generally ends up doing one of two things with sadness or anger whenever they occur: throwing a tantrum, which can lead to damaged relationships and/or injuries depending on who's nearby; or suppressing the feelings altogether, which can lead to her being bitter towards someone without even remembering why.
Describing word: Fun-loving
History: Rumpelteazer has no memories of parents. The only family member she has ever known is her twin brother, Mungojerrie. He's been there ever since she can remember, through thick and thin, and she can't imagine life without him. The two lived with humans for a time, until the humans moved into a home that did not allow cats, and Jerrie and Teazer ended up on the streets to fend for themselves as best they could. They of course had to get food from wherever they could find it, which is how their thieving ways began. However, if they are completely honest, they find it rather a fun sport as well. They eventually found the Jellicles and were taken in. They really have no need to go finding food or anything else outside the junkyard now, but they continue to go out and steal from humans anyway. In her heart of hearts, Teazer never forgave their humans for abandoning them. Though she would never admit it, not even to herself, her motives for thieving are at least partially spiteful and vindictive.

Rumpelteazer watched until the tom was out of sight, before letting out a whoop. She’d actually been asked to the Ball! Her! She rolled around, giggling. Maybe she was pretty; a bit, anyway. Nothing extraordinary like Victoria or Jemima, but enough that Tumble wanted to take her to the Ball. Just wait’ll she told Jerrie—! Wait. Why should she? She recalled the night before; there was something Jerrie was keeping from her. Well, fine then—she wasn’t going to tell him that she got asked to the Ball. If he didn’t find out and ended up going alone—well, too bad for him. Humph.
...“I don’ need yew t’ go aroun’ tryin’ to fin’ me a date!” she said shrilly. “Wot, yew thought I wouldn’ get asked if you didn’ intervene? Think I’m not pretty enough that a tom’d wanna ask me anyway?” She stopped to catch her breath, then added smugly, “Well, yew were obviously wrong. Tumble asked me. An’ it was all ’is own idea. Unless yew ’ad sommat t’ do with that too?” She glared at her brother, who shook his head wordlessly. “Good.” With that, she flopped over to go to sleep. She no longer cared who Mungo was taking to the Ball.
Comments: No mystic powers here. She's a fantastic thief is all.
