Canon and OC Application Form

You can have a Max of 4 Canons and 8 OC's (Original Characters).

[b]Tribe Position[/b]: (Tribe Positions are given out by STAFF. Unless a Staff member has previously talked to you about this, DO NOT put anything here. (Member-For Jellicles, Enforcer/Member-For Henches will be acceptable.)

[b]Family[/b]: (Can be Canon or OC, Don't hesitate to ask other members to join their family!)
And be sure to check the relationships page if you're applying for a Canon. You do not NEED to have a family. But if you do, it's first come first serve. Please keep it as siblings only. There will not be any pre-determined mates.
