The white queen watched for Tallis' reaction to finding out he'd stumbled into the very territory he'd been looking for; but gleaned less than she hoped. Griddlebone managed to keep the pout off of her face on that one. She didn't keep the pout off her face when her efforts to get an answer out of Tallis was abruptly stopped. But pouting slightly was a prettier facial expression then the scowl that had threatened to show up instead. Although she daintily shrugged once again and refocused on her perfectly maintained nails. "Good luck with Mac," She began before looking back at the warehouse then Tallis again "Depending on his mood, he'll either have a field day with you or complete and utter irritation. Hopefully you don't catch leader dearest in a sour mood." Although knowing how Macavity did enjoy talking others in circles she'd love to witness that spectacle. Knowing what would occur in that, what knowledge she could try to find and attempting to actually get the ginger tom to bend to her more would be advantages.

Tantallis was quite eager to seek an audience with this Macavity. Even if the tom ended up in a sour mood, as Griddlebone so freely and nicely warned him about. He was a competent soul after all. If he did run into any sort of trouble, he was confident he could either talk his way out, or escape on his own with only a few injuries to talk about at his next tavern excursion. However, Tantallis, though wasn't going to admit it, was tiring of being constantly on the run and flitting from one place to the next. He was a bit of a gypsy that way, and for all he knew he'd eventually get that urge again, to travel and leave everything behind, to keep moving forward, and not stay in one place. But for the moment, Tantallis' anxiety was coming from that lifestyle.
He wanted a change. He wanted to see familiar faces instead of constantly seeing new ones. So, having an escort and perhaps the backing of one of Macavity's members, he may see fit to accept him into the tribe, in spite of whether or not he ends up annoying the leader of the Henches. "Would you like to accompany me? Or do you think it'd be amusing to watch me get lost in that rather large building?" His smile was amused, at the possibility of that being true, and the imagery of him being lost while the white persian groomed herself and giggled at his misfortune. It would be entertaining, even if he was on the receiving end.

The persian knew first hand how infuriating a sour feeling Macavity could be, or rather a Macavity that wasn't feeling particularly indulgent. She'd experienced that too often when attempting to wrap the tom around her pretty little paws; only to find herself rebuffed or the one being played with. Watching it happen to someone else always made her feel better about herself. And she'd get to watch the two visually striking toms at once.
The moment she spied a considering expression on Tallis' face she mentally primped, prepared to hear exactly what she wanted. Accompanying him would mean that she'd know more and that Gridd had gotten her way despite his initial refusal. Griddlebone adored getting her way. "Well it is oooh so tempting to amuse myself with you losing your way. But I am in a rather accompanying mood." Because more than she wanted to be amused Griddlebone wanted to know about this tom and his pretty eyes. And she'd get just as much entertainment out of Macavity.

((Sorry. I just didn't have any more muse for Tallis. With Tantallis gone, this thread is dead.))
