Hoping everyone enjoyed their Christmas (or any other holiday you celebrate). Hopefully no one is driven crazy from all the family events that tend to happen. Enjoy the nog, have fun for New Years and if the ice storms hit your area please be careful!

Haha, I'm in the same puzzlement, Hawk. Though there was a wee bit of ice on my front steps this morning... Amazing!

Oh haha basically freezing rain for several hours that coats everything in ice. Tree often come down from the weight power goes out roads become dangerous to drive etc. Basically everything is ice. Although the trees look pretty all frozen

That has not happened in my land in about 10 years... Sigh. Oh for some true winter weather. Then again, the last time we had an ice storm, the power went out for 5 days...blech.

Yeah. The roads and sidewalks are caked in ice. Our cars had a layer of ice on top, with a good 2 inches underneath, and then a more crystalized sheet of ice over the rest of the car which was hell to break through. (It sucked)

Snow? Ice? Cold? Pshhhh! That is not a real christmas! A real christmas is when you melt away into a puddle of sweat and perspiration and the whole country is suffering from bad BO!

Thank goodness for ice chains on my trucks tires, then also the engine block heater, and also the fact that scalding hot water used to seal jars is PERFECT to melt ice off a car door so one can get inside the danged thing. In other words, Christmas Eve morning was a hellish day just getting into the cars!
